Instead of having teachers in our school, we have facilitators and researchers who not only convey information but also mentor the children towards their happier selves. The Mentors have a deep psychological understanding of children. In addition to that, they are willing to go beyond the orthodox methodology of teaching to make sure that the children are on the path towards enlightenment and empowerment, despite challenging hardships.

Mentors' Journey

Expertise from Multiple
Domains

In our school, the Mentors are not restricted to academic backgrounds only. In fact, most of them come from diverse backgrounds, which may be unconventionally valuable.

  • Enables fresh perspective in perceiving the children
  • Brings expertise from varied disciplines and domains
  • Reorientation in learning approach

Orientations to
Unlearn

The Mentors observe each child closely and analyze their psyche as well as their personality to get a better understanding. In order to ensure this, regular orientation sessions are conducted that help to educate and prepare Mentors to cater to the children’s needs.

  • Regular and rigorous orientation
  • Mentors are mentored
  • Unlearning for a better understanding

Individualized
Learning

The Mentors are aware of the fact that each child is unique. As a result, they give special attention to each child and its learning process, while also identifying its learning abilities.

  • Visualizing each child’s learning pattern
  • Customized challenges given to each child
  • Strengths and weaknesses are recognized

Out of the Box
Learning

Mentors aim to impart a holistic education, dedicated to the moulding of well-balanced children. This is achieved by curating a constructive methodology that can strengthen their capabilities and work on their weaknesses.

  • Out of the box approach directed at productive end results
  • Proactive engagement of children in extracurricular activities
  • Curate problem statements as per the child's capabilities

Constructive
Evaluation

Mentors take measures to overcome obstacles, which deter a child's growth. In order to do so, they incorporate a multi-faceted evaluation process that is end-goal oriented.

  • Justified analysis of each child’s performance
  • Assessment based on different sets of parameters to appreciate each child’s strengths
  • Highly simplified and standardised assessment pattern
